Responsibilities
- Valid current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in ND.
- Experience in lab draws, injections, and clinic setting is highly desired.
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Passion for health and wellness with a desire to make a positive impact on patients' lives
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Administer injections accurately following prescribed protocols.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement treatment plans based on patient's needs and ensure the best outcomes for patients.
- Collect patient lab work and medical history to guide treatments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems while maintaining strict compliance with HIPAA and clinic confidentiality policies.
- Provide compassionate care, ensuring patients feel supported and informed.
