What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hemp-THC Drink Territory Representative - Tennessee position at Enjoy Hemp?
About the Job:
Enjoy Hemp is one of the fastest-growing THC beverage brands in the country, and we’re expanding into Tennessee. We’re looking for a highly motivated Territory Sales Representative to build and manage accounts across the city while supporting our distributor partner on the ground.
Location: You are located in near Nashville, TN (do not apply in if you live in Tennessee)
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect, pitch, and close new retail accounts (liquor stores, smoke shops, c-stores, etc.)
- Maintain strong relationships and drive consistent reorders
- Educate store staff and consumers on our product line and effects-based formulas
- Execute in-store events and promotional activations
- Support distributor sales reps through ride-alongs, trainings, and field execution
- Own your territory and act as the face of Enjoy Hemp in the market
Who You Are:
- Self-starter with prior field sales experience (beverage, cannabis, or CPG preferred)
- Confident in cold outreach and closing deals
- Knows the local retail landscape and how to build rapport fast
- Organized, reliable, and results-driven
- Comfortable working as an independent contractor and managing your own schedule
Compensation:
- Base pay plus commission with uncapped earning potential
- This is a 1099 contractor position — you manage your own schedule while we provide the tools, product, and support
