We are a Breakfast and Lunch Bakery Cafe in Buellton seeking a team member with an amazing positive attitude, excellent communication skills, reliability, & consistency
Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
Assist in ingredient preparation to ensure efficient kitchen operations
Handle food with care, maintaining strict food safety and sanitation protocols
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and storage areas throughout shifts
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of orders
Customer interaction and service
Qualifications
Previous experience in a food industry setting such as restaurant, catering, coffee shop or cafe
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Prior experience in culinary roles or kitchen experience will help you succeed in this dynamic position

Shift Details
Thursdays through Sundays - morning to mid-afternoon
Job Type: Consistent part-time position (approx 25-30 hours / week)— not seasonal
Pay:
$18/ hour plus generous tips (credit card & cash tips, averaging $8-9 additional per hour, for total of approx $26/hour)
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
