Enjoy Property Management is hiring a Leasing Agent to manage leasing inquiries, schedule and conduct property tours, follow up with prospects, and process rental applications.
Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to leads from Zillow, Apartments.com, HotPads, AppFolio, email, and phone
- Schedule and conduct property tours
- Follow up with prospective tenants
- Provide accurate information about available units, rental terms, and application requirements
- Send property-specific AppFolio application links
- Track leads, tours, applications, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate property listings
- Review applications and supporting documents
- Communicate application updates and move-in requirements
- Keep leasing records organized
- Follow all fair housing laws and company policies
- Coordinate with property management and maintenance staff
Requirements
- Leasing, property management, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple properties and prospects
- Comfortable using Gmail, AppFolio, Calendly, Zillow, and Apartments.com
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Available to conduct property tours as needed
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
