Enjet Aero machines and fabricates complex jet engine parts, components and assemblies for leading OEMs in the commercial, defense and general aviation sectors. Position Description:
This role will be customer-facing while also managing communication and coordination across internal teams and outside suppliers. The goal is to improve customer satisfaction, streamline communication, and support on-time delivery of NPI and production parts.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and program updates.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, quality, and purchasing to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Support NPI schedules by proactively communicating updates to customers.
- Monitor and expedite hardware with purchasing to ensure production and delivery commitments are met.
- Track and follow up on outside processing (plating, heat treat, special processing), coordinating with purchasing to resolve bottlenecks.
- Seek opportunities to improve communication flow, efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- 2 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, or program coordination in a manufacturing environment (aerospace strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor Kinetic experience a plus).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
