Project Manager

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires expertise in project management methodologies, risk management, resource planning, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
• Manage cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration across business and technical units.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Track project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure cost control.
• Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and key metrics to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and status reviews.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with third-party service providers when required.
• Drive continuous process improvement and promote project management best practices.
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to organizational project management maturity.

Requirements

• Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12–15 years of project management experience, including managing large-scale enterprise projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, Smartsheet, or Monday.com.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and risk management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master''s degree (MBA or related field).
• Project management certifications such as:
  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • PMI-ACP
• Experience with digital transformation, cloud migration, ERP, CRM, or enterprise software implementation projects.
