Leasing Agent

Leasing agents play a critical role in maintaining property quality and readiness. They are organized, proactive, and dedicated to positive tenant relations while driving leasing goals. They schedule and conduct property showings, manage their advertisements and follow through with questions and applications. They hand out keys on move in days and process move out reports and inspections.

This is a salaried position with commissions for rented units. Schedule is flexible, with nights and weekends needed for showings and phone calls. Must be available for move in/move outs.

Must be able to climb multiple flights of stairs and walk for most of day. Must be able to carry up to 20 lbs. regularly.
