Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday

Job Responsibilites:
Greet and provide quality coustomer service to ASC guests.
Answers phone calls at the ASC switchboard.
Provides general information to the public as needed.
Provides crisis communication assistance in the event of a school emergency.
Manages all initial enrollment questions.
Maintains confidentiality of all student, school, employee and district information.
Assists with all areas of enrollment for the Welcome Center, including paperwork collection and distribution and data entry.
Assists with record requests and record transfers for new enrollees.
Assists guests and callers with PowerSchool and other enrollment forms and software.
Assist HR and Communications Department as needed with clerical work.
Prefer Bilingual speaking
Minimum Requirment of High School Diploma
