Lead Esthetician

We are seeking an experienced Medical Esthetician to join our team as an independent contractor. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in medical-grade skincare, advanced aesthetic treatments, and patient care. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys both artistry and science in aesthetics and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced medspa environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of medical aesthetic treatments such as facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, DiamondGlow®, and other advanced skincare services.
• Conduct thorough skin analyses and provide personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain exceptional sanitation, safety, and patient care standards.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through professional communication, education, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with other providers to enhance patient outcomes and clinic growth.
• Accurately document services performed and product usage.
• Participate in occasional team meetings, trainings, and promotional events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical aesthetics or high-volume spa setting.
• Active Esthetician License in West Virginia (or ability to obtain).
• Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, protocols, and post-care.
• Excellent communication and patient service skills.
• Experience with medical-grade skincare lines (e.g., SkinCeuticals, ZO Skin Health, etc.) preferred.
• Experience with device-based services (DiamondGlow®, microneedling, laser, etc.) is a plus.
• Professional, polished appearance and demeanor.

Contractor Terms

• Independent contractor (1099)
• Minimum 3 days per week
