Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Independent Contractor for a full-time, on-site position in Colorado. The role involves operating advanced cleaning tasks on various structures, conducting equipment inspections and routine maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and collaborating with team members to achieve project objectives. Accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to environmental sustainability are crucial in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and conducting routine inspections
- Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices for on-site operations
- Must have reliable transportation and insurance
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Physical ability to handle outdoor work and operate drone equipment for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members effectively
- Prior experience in cleaning services, construction, or related fields is a plus
- Must be driven and eager to learn
- Willing to travel across the state
- Be willing to learn how the drone operates and achieve a part 107 FAA certification
