Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Multiline Sales Representative to represent our diverse product portfolio in the Hospitality and commercial space. This role is a commission sales position with responsibility for expanding our market presence, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth by showcasing our premium botanical designs and sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent and promote our products, including custom botanical trees, Moss Walls, planters, and sustainable décor solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with national accounts, local clients, Architects, and design professionals
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base across hospitality, corporate, commercial and residential markets
- Provide product education, presentations, and demonstrations to clients and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams and designers to align sales strategies with company goals and customer needs
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in multiline or multi-brand sales, preferably in design, décor, or sustainable products
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple product lines and prioritize effectively
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Knowledge of design, architecture, or sustainability trends is a plus
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
