Responsibilities:
Under the leadership of immediate supervisor, implement creative activities, outings, and
programs the enrich the lives of our seniors
Must have basic knowledge of a variety of activities
Promote participation in activities and help foster social connectedness between residents
Work individually with residents and their family members to get to know their personal
needs, interests, and preferences
Required Qualifications:
Passion to serve seniors
Ability to relate well to residents and their families
Demonstrates good judgement, problem solving and decision-making skills
Self-starter, creative, organized, and professional
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
