About the role
The Project Manager will be responsible for coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of assigned software-based project(s), operating in a global environment.
What you'll do
- Provide project management support to assigned project(s)
- Responsible for the overall project management specifically focused on ensuring overall client satisfaction and quality of delivery, and performance of the engagement.
- Create project reporting metrics for assigned project(s) and provide status reports as needed.
- Develop and maintain project timelines for the activities included in the scope of the project(s)
- Develop resource plans and facilitate resource loading activities.
- Develop workflows for project optimization.
- Regularly update management for project(s) in scope of responsibility
- Utilize appropriate project management tools and techniques to drive project execution.
- Interface with appropriate departments for the successful execution of project(s)
- Additional items as determined reasonable will not require scope reevaluation.
What you will bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering or Business and 5 years of work experience in project management or related field
- 5 years Project Management experience in the Medical Device industry with previous experience managing software related projects.
- Demonstrated project management experience leading cross functional teams and managing project scope, schedule, and budget
- Demonstrated experience managing projects involving excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal written, and presentation)
- Results-oriented, positive attitude focused on delivering timely, accurate and best in class execution
- Ability to draw conclusions and make business recommendations based on cross-functional team input
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including MS Project
- PMP Certification is preferred
