We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3–4 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in domains such as Retail, Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Insurance.
This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and support the delivery of high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable solutions
- Create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Support data analysis and validation using tools like SQL or Excel
- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives)
- Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and defect tracking
- Ensure clear communication between business and technical teams
Required Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in at least one of the following domains:
- Retail
- Banking / Financial Services
- Healthcare
- Insurance
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies
- Experience with tools like:
- Jira / Confluence
- Excel / SQL (preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with API integrations or data mapping
- Knowledge of payment systems, claims processing, or retail workflows (depending on domain)
- Exposure to digital transformation or system modernization projects
