Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for home health branches, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent, with a focus on nursing and therapy professionals.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting with a focus on healthcare, nursing, or therapy recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring healthcare professionals.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and interview skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous experience using iCIMS is preferred.
