Test Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our team, responsible for ensuring product quality and functionality through comprehensive testing and calibration processes. This role requires collaboration across teams to design, execute, and improve test plans while documenting results and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop test and calibration software using LabVIEW and other programming languages.
- Support R&D projects through testing, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving.
- Create and maintain regression test plans for firmware releases, with a focus on automation and defect monitoring.
- Document known working states for different hardware configurations.
- Generate and release production test and calibration plans in accordance with specifications, ensuring proper implementation and control through the document control process.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in manufacturing and test environments.
- Proficiency in LabVIEW for developing and troubleshooting applications.
- Experience creating and maintaining test procedures, diagrams, and reviewing test data.
- Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Practical knowledge of electro-optics systems.
- Experience with environmental test systems.
- Excellent technical writing skills, able to communicate clearly to diverse audiences.
Salary : $100,000 - $160,000
