What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Preconstruction Manager position at Engtal?
Electrical Preconstruction Manager
Up to $165K Full Benefits Long-Term Growth Opportunity
My client is one of the fastest-growing fully integrated construction organizations in the Midwest and is actively expanding their Electrical Preconstruction team due to continued project growth across industrial, advanced manufacturing, mission-critical, and large-scale commercial markets.
This is a high-visibility opportunity for someone who wants more than a standard estimating role. The team is investing heavily into preconstruction growth and looking for someone who can become a long-term leader within the organization while helping shape the future of their electrical division.
Unlike many contractors that outsource or heavily rely on third parties, this organization has extensive in-house specialty trade and self-perform capabilities, allowing their preconstruction teams to work directly alongside operations, field leadership, and specialty trades under one roof. The collaboration between teams is one of the biggest reasons people stay here long term.

- Work alongside in-house specialty trades and self-perform groups instead of operating in silos
- Long-tenured employees and a true “career home” environment
