Position Summary:
The Screen Print Production Associate will be responsible for operating screen printing equipment, preparing screens, mixing inks, setting up jobs, and ensuring products meet quality standards. This role requires both attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and burn screens for production
- Mix inks to match specified colors
- Operate screen printing presses (manual and/or automatic)
- Set up jobs according to work orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
- Perform quality checks to ensure accurate printing
- Meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Assist with other production-related tasks as needed
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, Occasional Saturdays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
