Position Summary
English Village Lane is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Associate to support workflow coordination, vendor management, operational reporting, CRM administration, and day-to-day cross-functional execution.
This role will help improve visibility, accountability, and operational consistency across the business as the company continues to scale across ecommerce, trade, wholesale, and fulfillment operations.

Core Responsibilities
Workflow Systems Coordination
Maintain and support Monday.com workflows and operational boards
Track operational deadlines, task ownership, and workflow completion
Support cross-functional coordination across sales, marketing, operations, and fulfillment
Improve visibility and consistency across operational processes
Ensure workflows, ownership, and operational updates remain accurate and current across systems
Vendor Order Coordination
Track vendor timelines, deliverables, and order progress
Coordinate follow-up on outstanding operational items
Support product, fulfillment, and shipping coordination
Escalate delays, workflow gaps, or operational risks proactively
Support proactive communication across vendors, fulfillment, and internal teams
CRM Reporting Support
Support the Order to Cash process - process orders, like custom orders, to fulfillment by coordinating between all external and internal stakeholders
Maintain CRM hygiene and workflow consistency
Support CRM accuracy, pipeline tracking, and reporting visibility
Assist with KPI reporting and operational dashboards
Maintain process documentation and SOPs
Operational Support Execution
Assist with operational meeting preparation and follow-up
Support launch, fulfillment, and operational readiness activities
Help identify operational bottlenecks and process inefficiencies
Improve follow-through and accountability across workflows

Preferred Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Operations coordination or workflow management experience preferred
Experience with Monday.com, Shopify, Airtable, or CRM systems preferred
Operations, coordination, or administrative support experience preferred
Startup or founder-led business experience preferred
Experience supporting cross-functional teams preferred

Work Environment
This role is expected to work onsite at the Birmingham showroom/studio to support operational coordination, workflow visibility, and cross-functional execution.
Some schedule flexibility may be available based on operational needs and tenure.
Salary Range
$50,000–$65,000 base salary, depending on experience and operational background.
Potential performance-based bonus opportunities may be available as operational KPI structures mature.
