Responsibilities include:
- Providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
- Planning age-appropriate activities that support children's development.
- Encouraging toddlers' social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe classroom.
- Communicating professionally with parents and fellow staff members.
- Following Maryland childcare licensing requirements and safety guidelines.
✅ Qualifications:
- Experience working with toddlers or young children preferred.
- Must meet Maryland childcare staff qualification requirements.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain them.
- Dependable, energetic, patient, and caring.
- A genuine passion for working with children.
