Our community is looking for a Marketer who would be responsible for marketing healthcare professionals, community networking groups, and business leaders to expand the community’s referral base. Takes inquiries, conducts tours, secure sales, and performs administrative duties to assist the Executive Director.

Minimal eligibility requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with Residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
- Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly and understand that for each resident, the facility is considered their home
- Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual

Essential Functions:
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Develops and ranks sales referral sources and completes the assigned number of quality in-person sales calls
- Generate leads and build relationships through sales contact with local healthcare professionals and community referral sources
- Maintain a follow-up procedure for each referral
- Assist Executive Director with marketing and public relations tasks; assessment and service planning activities; tenant move-ins and move-outs; and/or coordination of tenant services as needed
- Makes presentations to business and networking groups to build the sphere of influence of the residence
- Complies and updates as necessary for market competitive analysis including shopping the competition
- Ability to interact and build relationships with older adults and their influencers
- Schedules tours and meets potential residents and their families to determine needs, give tours highlighting benefits, provides solutions, overcomes objections, and closes sales to obtain a deposit and move-in date.
- Explains all move-in forms, disclosure statements, and agreements
- Coordinates greeting of new residents, double checks on the readiness of apartment
- Provide move-in and new resident information to appropriate team members
- Ability to work within budget
- Prepare all required paperwork daily, weekly, and monthly basis and report to the supervisor as required

Customer Service
- Perform job duties for Residents and team members in a courteous and professional manner
- Meet and greet visitors in a friendly, helpful manner
- Communicate professionally and cooperate with the supervisor and all community personnel
- Ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and residence staff
Residents Rights
- Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents' rights
