Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
Loaders are key to our success for our busy retail stores. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills by consistently exceeding our customers’ expectations of retail service.
The Loaders play an important role in our stores because they are generally the last people the customers see when they leave our stores.
This position allows for multi-tasking on many different projects; however, the primary focus is loading customer vehicles after a purchase. Maintaining product, presentation and customer service in the outdoor Nursery lot.
Other duties include stocking shelves and benches with product, unloading delivery trucks, retrieving carts from the parking lots, assisting customers with their questions and maintaining a clean work environment.
Must be able to:
- Stand and walk up to 8 hours per day
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Adjust to seasonal temperature
- Work on weekends
- Must pass criminal background check
- Maneuver racks and pallet jacks
