STORE MANAGER NEEDED FOR AUTOMOTIVE PAINT & SUPPLY STORE.
-MON-FRI 8AM-5PM.
-MUST BE 21
-AUTOMOTIVE PAINT/COLLISION KNOWLEDGE IS A PLUS, BUT LACK OF IS NOT A DISQUALIFIER.
-MODERATE COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED.
-MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG SCREEN.
-INSURANCE PLANS OFFERED AFTER 60 DAYS.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures.
- Sales & Customer Service: Drive sales by building relationships with local body shops and assisting walk-in customers.
- Inventory & Technical Control: Manage inventory levels, order stock, and ensure accuracy in mixing paint.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure the store adheres to all safety, environmental, and hazardous material regulations.
Desired Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Previous retail management experience, preferably in automotive paint, PBE (Paint, Body, & Equipment), or industrial coatings.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of automotive refinishing, mixing systems, and color-matching equipment.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team, set goals, and drive sales performance.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, stand for long periods, and handle heavy inventory.
Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
