Established in 1954, Mosser’s Shoes, Inc. is a small, family owned footwear retailer with locations in Indianapolis and surrounding areas. Here in the Danville, Illinois office, we focus on corporate responsibilities such as accounts payable, payroll, financial statements, tax returns, and merchandise setup.
Job Description
We are currently looking for a part-time (20-25 hours a week), reliable person with some knowledge of Microsoft Excel. In the beginning, the day to day duties will include verifying accuracy of invoices for all 7 of our locations and balancing vendor statements. More duties and hours may be added as the employee progresses.
We are flexible on the hours the employee would like to work. Our normal office hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m. (no weekends). We also offer paid vacations once a 6 month fiscal period has been worked.
Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Basic computer & calculator skills
Ability to work independently or as a team
Excellent time management & organizational skills
Self-motivated and takes initiative
Positive attitude
Ability to meet deadlines
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
