Qualifications
- Elementary Education (K-6 or K-8) certification with Bilingual Education endorsement (required)
- Familiar with NJ Student Learning Standards
- Knowledge of curriculum modifications
- Knowledge of basic educational software applications
- Strong instructional background
- Experience working with at-risk students
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
