**Job Summary**

Organizes and conducts a medically prescribed program to restore function, prevent disability following disease, injury or loss of a body part and help the patient reach his/her maximum performance. This includes but is not limited to: evaluation and treatment of patients, patient and family education, participation in clinical education programs, implementing programs and other professional duties.

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources. Compensation Range: $40 - $ 55/hour
