Job Summary

The Medical Receptionist position is located on the main campus of Englewood Hospital in a fast-paced surgery office with multiple providers. The Medical Receptionist handles a variety of tasks which includes but is not limited to: greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing patient paperwork, delivering records to other departments, routing phone calls to other staff and providers, and actively using the hospital EMR (Epic). The MR will manage the flow of patients from the waiting area to exam rooms to ensure efficient use of the physician's time. The MR must be professional, proactive, flexible and courteous at all times. Bilingual a plus and prior medical office/receptionist experience preferred.

Education Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years full-time experience in a related field required.

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.

Minimum Rate: $16.50 per hour
