The IT Application Specialist supports end-users with optimal solutions for multiple clinical and/or business applications. The Application Specialist works closely with analysts, system users, and operational leaders to ensure successful rollout of features and usage of applications.

- 2 years operational experience with EHR system(s) – Clinical and/or Business preferred.
- Remain flexible and adaptable with respect to changing end-user needs.
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Ensure work deliverables are completed in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.
- Take initiative and be willing to learn new content and technology.
- Communicate information clearly and concisely with project leadership and subject matter experts.
- Demonstrate resilience through difficult situations, reaching high levels of performance when faced with stressful work situations and time pressures.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
- Some travel required to clinical practice sites in NJ (reimbursement provided as per EH policy)
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
