The Intake Coordinator is responsible for being the first point of contact for patients seeking behavioral health services at Englewood Health. They are responsible for gathering initial information from patients, assessing their needs, and determining the appropriate level of care. Duties include phone triage, evaluating patients and addressing requests for services, connecting patients to appropriate levels of care, and documenting all activities. The Intake Coordinator assists with managing patient waitlists and behavioral health provider schedules.

- Experience in client assessment, referral preferred
- Outstanding interpersonal and interviewing and assessment skills
- 2-4 years of experience required
- Knowledge of community resources
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstration of cultural awareness
- Demonstration of professional excellence
- Excellent organizational skills
- Current driver's license required and access to a vehicle
- Bilingual Spanish an asset
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary projects
- Masters in Social Work required
- Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in NJ
