Job Summary:
Outpatient Transportation Driver (OTD) transfer non-emergency patients to and from health or social care settings, including hospitals, for pre-arranged appointments.
Department: BLS Ambulance Service
Location: Englewood, NJ
Status: Full Time
Shift: Days
Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Job Essentials:
- Ability to read maps and knowledge of the use of a GPS system
- Excellent driving skills with between one and two years driving experience
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- Empathy, with the ability to reassure anxious or worried patients
- Good time keeping and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure

- Current driver's license with no moving violations and motor vehicle accidents.
