Job Summary:
In concert with, and under the direction of the President of EHPN, the Director of Cardiology EHPN/HVA plans, directs, coordinates and provides direct management and oversight of physician practices under ownership or management of EHPN (Englewood Health Physician Network). He/she shall address and resolve all issues pertaining to practice operations in accordance with established budgets and policies and procedures of EH (Englewood Health). He/she shall demonstrate visibility and build trust among all EH team members and with physicians; manage and develop human resources of the practices; promote the use of information technology and systems; participate in the EH goals; establish and maintain budgets for practices; implement new clinical and other programs; integrate newly acquired physician practices into EHPN. The Director will play a highly visible role in achieving EH business development strategy by participating in key business development activities. He/she shall perform duties under a matrix reporting structure including to EHPN leadership and EH leadership.

- Education Requirements:
- BA or BS Degree required.
- Master’s in Public, Health or Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum ten years of health care management experience at the senior-management level of physician practices or services.
