Englefield Energy is looking for a Lubricants Sales Representative to join our growing team!
Build strong customer relationships and drive business growth by representing our trusted line of lubricant products. In this role, youll work directly with customers to understand their needs, recommend the right solutions, and ensure reliable product availability and support. Youll play a key role in expanding sales, supporting customer operations, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
What Youll Do

Implement sales plans to meet and exceed division and corporate goals.

Utilize consultative selling methods to grow customer purchases and increase market share.

Recommend correct products and resources based on customer needs.

Update database and team with customer feedback, preferences, and other information to help inform organization on needs and trends.

Perform other duties as assigned.
What Were Looking For

Education - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred

Experience - Five or more years of experience in consultative sales

Communication - Strong written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge - Intermediate to advanced knowledge of lubricant products and lubricants industry

Technology - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
