Description
This position is responsible for the maintenance of Engledow clients' properties. This includes working with a team to complete the necessary tasks. Position includes but is not limited to: Watering, weeding, edging, trimming, mulching, planting, pruning, snow removal in winter season and trash removal, and other duties as assigned by Supervisor. Provide maintenance services to Engledow commercial and/or estates customers in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Be creative in accomplishing the work quickly and accurately
- Communicate with Supervisor regarding issues at properties
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs, walk, stand, bend, kneel for long periods
- Maintain Engledow driving and safety standards
- A valid Indiana driver's license with six points or less is required.
- You must be willing and able to pass a drug screen, and background screen
