Full-Time Warehouse Material Handler (2nd Shift)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
About the Role
Engle Printing & Publishing Co., Inc. is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Material Handler to join our 2nd shift team. This position plays a vital role in supporting warehouse operations by receiving, loading, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities
• Read production schedules, shipping orders, pick tickets, skid tracking sheets, and customer job instructions to determine materials to be received, loaded, or moved.
• Receive visitors at the warehouse door and utilize the Guest Register for all non-employees.
• Unload delivery vehicles and load trucks and trailers following specific procedures.
• Transfer materials to storage or designated production areas.
• Supply the Pressroom with paper rolls per pick ticket requests, including using stub rolls.
• Supply the Finishing Department with inserts, covers, mailing supplies, empty boxes, and other materials.
• Provide Pressroom and Finishing with clean stacks of skids no higher than 48”.
• Sort and store materials on racks, shelves, or in bins; stage inserts in designated areas.
• Unload paper trucks, verify BOL accuracy, store rolls per schedule, and maintain organization of the paper roll storage room.
• Prepare mailing equipment such as cages, mail bags, and BMCs for the Finishing Department.
• Band and wrap skids; weigh and record poundage when needed.
• Store finished product neatly and accurately in designated skid racks.
• Inspect and maintain skid wrappers and adjust tension/speed settings as required.
• Extract and weigh paper bales and plate bales; load into appropriate trailers.
• Supply empty Gaylord boxes and transport full boxes to the bale trailer.
• Replace empty ink totes with full ones and organize empties for pickup.
• Track company-owned plastic skids using the tracking sheet.
• Perform preventive maintenance on forklifts and clamp trucks (fluid levels, leaks, tire condition) and report issues.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and ensure work areas remain clean and organized.
• Perform general warehouse maintenance including sweeping, snow/ice removal from doorways, and ensuring clear pathways to fire exits and extinguishers.
• Maintain warehouse records and documentation.

Qualifications
• Forklift and or Clamp truck experience.
• Ability to complete in-house forklift and clamp truck certification.
Physical Requirements
• Frequent sitting, bending, standing, walking, and use of hands.
• Occasional reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Ability to frequently lift/move up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift/move 50–75 lbs.
• Must have adequate vision for close work, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Work Environment
• Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts.
• Occasional exposure to vibration and temperature changes.
• Moderate noise level.
Salary : $17 - $18
