HR Generalist
Engle Printing & Publishing Co., Inc. is seeking an organized and people-focused HR Generalist to support our employees and daily human resources operations. This role is responsible for administering key HR functions including recruitment and onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, HR recordkeeping, and supporting company culture initiatives. The ideal candidate is approachable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information while providing excellent service to employees and managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes
- Administer employee benefits and support open enrollment
- Maintain accurate employee files and HRIS records
- Assist with employee relations inquiries and provide policy guidance
- Support training, wellness, and engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies
- Assist payroll and other administrative needs as assigned
Qualifications
- 2 years of HR experience; HR certification a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of HR practices, confidentiality, and employment law
