We’re currently looking for a Tire Cash Applications Specialist to support our Carrier Accountants and Accounting Manager. This role plays a key part in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our tire order processes. From processing payments to researching open POs, you’ll be helping both the Finance and Tire teams stay on track and in sync.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Process incoming payments, including EFS, Comdata, and credit cards.
Ensure payments are verified before entering them into the system.
Create invoices in Method once payment is received.
Generate and maintain purchase orders in Method.
Research open purchase orders by vendor and follow up to resolve outstanding issues.
Prepare reports and share findings with the Finance and Tire teams.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent attention to detail and thorough follow-through.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
Clear and professional communication, both verbal and written.
A team player who takes initiative and is ready to learn.
