What You Bring to the Table
- Strong proficiency in SQL and SSIS
- Experience in data engineering or ETL development
- Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
Bonus Points For
- Experience working with EDI formats and integrations
- Familiarity with Python or C# for scripting and automation
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Flowlogix or similar workflow automation tools
Exceptional (Senior-Level) Skills
- Expertise in Qlik for dashboarding and data visualization
- SSRS and Visual Studio reporting experience
- Leadership in designing scalable data architectures
- Mentorship or team lead experience
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing, maintaining, and optimizing ETL processes using SQL and SSIS
- Supporting and enhancing EDI integrations for accurate data exchange
- Troubleshooting and resolving data pipeline issues
- Documenting data flows, processes, and technical specifications
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights
- Participating in weekly or bi-weekly one-on-one meetings with leadership
- Meeting deadlines and maintaining accountability for assigned tasks
