Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Build strong relationships with customers and carriers through proactive communication
• Resolve issues quickly and effectively to keep operations running smoothly
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates to internal teams
• Achieve weekly goals and contribute to team success
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational ability
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in operations or customer service preferred
