Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting preferred); equivalent experience considered.
• Relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with high accuracy.
• Background in Mutual Fund accounting, financial services, or banking.
• Exposure to R2R processes or shared-services accounting environments.
