This job is located at our regional office in Chesapeake, VA. Duties and Responsibilities: · Experience using various production software (Adobe Acrobat Pro, Visio, etc..) required. · Applicants must be very familiar with Visio and creating/maintaining complex publications or documents. · Strong computer skills with solid understanding of MS Office Suite and applications. · Able to learn quickly, organize concepts and materials, share knowledge, and speak effectively. · Experience with configuring Visio and resolving problems or issues that arise within the team using the software. · High School diploma required. · Candidate must have good verbal and written communication, problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills. · Must be able to work well alone and as part of a team. Ability to follow instructions is required. · Helpful but not required skills: Knowledge or experience of US Navy AEGIS system. Knowledge of various XML editing or online document management system software. Security Clearance: · Must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance. |
