Marketing Coordinator Description
We are currently seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join us at our Littleton, CO office, just south of Denver. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow professionally, who enjoys writing and storytelling—especially of the technical variety—and is excited to be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
Primary Responsibilities
· Lead and support technical proposal writing, layout, and formatting
· Develop and maintain content for statements of qualifications (SOQs) and/or requests for proposals (RFPs), resumes, project sheets, and related documents
· Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and leadership to ensure proposal content is accurate, compelling, and aligned with client expectations
· Assist with strategic marketing initiatives including website content, social media, conference materials, and public relations efforts
· Maintain project and proposal tracking systems
· Research and pursue new opportunities for visibility, outreach, and business development
· Design and enhance marketing collateral and presentations
· Support various marketing and administrative tasks as needed
Required Qualifications:
· Degree (associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s, or equivalent experience) in Technical Writing, Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field
· Excellent writing, editing, and document design skills, especially for technical content
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience writing technical proposals, especially in engineering, architecture, or construction fields
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Illustrator)
· Basic graphic design and photo/video editing skills
· Strong writing ability, attention to detail, time management, and openness to feedback
