We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager who leads through service, collaboration, and integrity. In this role, you will guide and support the team and suppliers who keep our custom manufacturing operations running smoothly. Your mission: ensure reliable, cost-effective sourcing, strong supplier partnerships, and material readiness that empowers our production teams to deliver exceptional quality to our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesChampion strategic sourcing efforts to secure competitive, high-quality, and reliable supply partners.Build strong, transparent relationships with suppliers; negotiate agreements that create long-term value for all parties.Strengthen forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management to support production and reduce waste.Partner closely with Production, Operations, Finance, and Sales to align materials, schedules, and customer needs.Coach, develop, and mentor supply chain team members, fostering growth, accountability, and shared success.Continuously improve processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and visibility across the supply chain.Ensure compliance with trade regulations, safety standards, and ethical sourcing expectations.Identify risks and create proactive plans that protect the team, the business, and our customers.QualificationsBachelor's degree in supply chain, or related discipline.10 years of progressive supply chain or procurement experience; 5 years leading teams.Proven success in manufacturing supply chain operations; MRP/ERP planning expertise required. Plastics manufacturing a plus.Customer-focused approach with commitment to safety, integrity, and operational excellence.Knowledge of U.S. trade regulations, tariffs, and import/export compliance.Flexible and resilient in a fast-paced, custom-manufacturing environment.Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop talent, assess performance, and provide constructive feedback. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities. Strategic, analytical, and execution-focused mindset. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
