Role Description
EA is seeking a team-oriented person to perform a variety of accounting and office administration duties for a fifty-five-person, nine-office firm. The main corporate office and scheduled duty station for this position is in Cody, Wyoming. EA will consider highly experienced candidates working out of our Powell, Thermopolis, or Casper offices.
Duties
- Processing accounts payable/receivable
- Payroll, tax planning, budgeting
- Preparation of monthly/annual financial reports
- Assisting with oversight of various business insurance programs, real estate leases, and banking
- Assisting with ensuring compliance with various state and Federal regulations, and records retention
Education and Experience
High School Diploma and 10 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related field and at least five years of experience.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of accounting procedures is required
- Ability to use Deltek VantagePoint is desired, but not required
- A valid driver’s license is required
Open until January 15, 2026, or until filled. The pay range is $65,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience and employment location. Excellent benefits package including paid medical insurance, long- and short-term disability, life insurance, paid time off, holidays, and potential for bonuses. Relocation assistance and a retention bonus will be provided to the right candidate. Remote work will not be considered for the position.
