Powder Coating Technician
Engineered Welding, Inc. is seeking a reliable Powder Coating Technician to join our growing metal fabrication team. The ideal candidate has experience preparing, coating, and finishing fabricated steel parts while maintaining high quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare metal parts for powder coating
- Sand, grind, and clean surfaces
- Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray equipment
- Operate the curing oven
- Inspect finished parts for quality
- Load and unload parts safely
- Maintain clean work area
- Work with fabrication and welding team
Qualifications
- Powder coating experience preferred
- Experience with industrial painting is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail
- Dependable attendance
- Ability to read work orders
- Forklift experience is a plus
