- Manage all social media accounts, including daily monitoring, content scheduling, and community management.
- Be flexible with your schedule, including early mornings and late nights, cover on-site activities and ensure timely and relevant social media coverage of these events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with overall marketing campaigns and company goals.
- Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content creation and audience engagement.
- Utilize social media advertising tools to create and optimize paid campaigns for lead generation and brand promotion.

- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with our online community.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience working in social media management, preferably within the construction or related industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo, etc), algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent writen and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual content creation.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Atention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work that aligns with brand standards and objectives.
