Responsibilities

  • Provide essential administrative support to our exceptional project management team, ensuring seamless operations and efficient project execution.
  • Play a pivotal role in bid activities, contributing to our success in securing new projects, and opportunities.
  • Take charge of project documentation management, correspondence, and logs while ensuring the smooth flow of critical information.
  • Facilitate seamless Subcontract/Purchase Order distribution and tracking as well as optimizing our procurement processes.
  • Demonstrate your meticulous approach in handling compliance documentation and tracking while ensuring our adherence to industry standards.
  • Be at the forefront of change management, document distribution, tracking and ensuring that projects remain on track and adaptable to evolving needs.
  • Make a lasting impact by overseeing closeout documentation and ensuring projects are completed with precision and finesse.
  • Manage project documentation archival, contributing to our knowledge base, and enhancing our organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Programs, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering effective communication both verbally and in written form.
  • Demonstrates the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail are essential.
  • Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks, concerns, or inaccuracies.
  • History of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Embodies leadership, integrity, perseverance, reliability, respect, and self-discipline.
  • Demonstrates personal motivation, initiative, and strong potential for growth.

  • Constantly operates a computer, including keyboard, mouse, computer printer, and scanner.
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 25 lbs.
