Overview
- On-site at our office in Meridian.
- Typically working 20 hours per week during the school year and 40 hours per week during the summer (exact schedule TBD based on project and team needs).
- Mentored by a Business Manager, Project Coordinator, and/or Project Accountant.

- Administrative support to project management team.
- Bid activities.
- Project documentation management, correspondence, and logs.
- Subcontract/Purchase order distribution and tracking.
- Compliance documentation and tracking.
- Change management document distribution and tracking.
- Closeout documentation.
- Project documentation archival.

- Project Accountant:
- Subcontractor joint check documentation, correspondence, and processing.
- Contract and state compliance efforts.
- Project accounting and financial analysis.
- Subcontract payment processing.
- Accounting closeout processes.

- High school diploma or GED completed and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related majors preferred. The ideal candidate will be within 2 years, or less, of graduation/successful completion of their degree.
