Accounts Payable And Accounts Receivable Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Specialist located in Racine, WI. The specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day AP/AR processes, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, ensuring timely payments, and handling customer billing and collections. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, generating reports, and assisting with monthly and year-end closing processes in compliance with organizational policies.

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable management, including invoice processing, payment handling, and account reconciliation
• Strong skills in financial recordkeeping, report generation, and maintaining accurate documentation
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience with financial software applications and systems
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for interaction with clients and vendors
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site setting
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in electronic security or related industries is a plus
