Essential Job Functions
Safe & Quality Production
- Produce products safely while adhering to established quality standards and customer specifications.
- Complete required inspection checks to ensure all products meet customer print requirements prior to shipment.
- Maintain a Quality QPPM score of no more than 400.
Production Efficiency
- Achieve and maintain a minimum production efficiency rate of 95%.
- Follow established work instructions and production schedules to ensure reliable output.
Attendance & Reliability
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance to support production schedules and shipment commitments.
- Report to assigned shifts as scheduled to ensure team continuity and performance.
Safety Compliance
- Maintain zero safety incidents through adherence to safety protocols.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Participate in daily stretch activities during working hours.
