Duties Include but not limited to:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email including customer complaints.
- Utilizing retention tools to retain our customers.
- Understanding the customer journey to be able to assist at any point in the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
- Meet or exceed KPI goals and objectives, including email processing and call handling goals.
- Provides customers with a remarkable experience.
- Assist with various administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of one (1) or more years' experience in customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion to help others.
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work to meet required deadlines.
- Must be detail oriented and exhibit a high degree of accuracy.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel and Outlook). Experience with CRM software.
- Experience collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer escalations.
